ABOUT INSIGHTS

Insights provides facilitation, training and coaching services to businesses, industries, not-for-profits, churches and community organizations. Its mission is to provide effective, practical, quality services and training that result in individual and corporate changes for a positive impact. Insights was started in 1991 as Insights, Inc. by Jan Boggs and a partner. They sold their company to one of its clients, Lime City Manufacturing Co., Inc. in 1994. Since that time Insights has worked with manufacturing clients, not-for-profit organizations, long term health care agencies, churches and community groups. The primary product is team-based problem solving or TAPS (Team Attitude and Problem Solving), which emphasizes team accountability and implementation of effective solutions. Insights has developed additional training products in response to customer need such as Leader/Supervisor Training, Facilitation, Running Effective Meetings, Long Range Planning, Conflict Management, Effective Communication Skills, and Balancing Work and Home Responsibilities.
The success of Insights comes from its relationships with the clients they serve. From the beginning the company has focused on developing services and training that are specific to each of its clients needs. In order to do so, the company spends time getting to know and understand the mission, products, and processes of each of its clients. For a successful, lasting relationship, there must be a mutual “click” or shared “value” that centers around continuous improvement and recognizing employees as a valued resources.
